Follow the repair of this complex modern super car using the latest Digital measuring technology.

This repair entailed removal of the engine, suspension and replacement of the front chassis and superstructure back to the front bulkhead.
Seriously damaged 575 arrives.	575 in good company.
Initial inspection / strip out.	Repairs commence with removal of engine.
Car is transferred to chassis alignment jig.	Main chassis is pulled straight.
New front superstructure fitted and welded into position, note use of our Digital alignment system.	Engine / gearbox units trial fitted prior to painting.
Prior to painting all new panels are fitted then disassembled.	Preparation completed followed by application of primer.
Continued application of primer.	Prior to application of top coats engine / gearbox are re-instated.
Application of two pack sealer primer.	Sealer primer is an excellent adhesion promoter.
Application of silver base coat.	Final coats of silver base coat.
Application of two pack clear lacquer.	Final assembly
Machine polishing and detailing.	Final detailing.
Finished repair is then re - measured using our digital measuring equipment, the results are printed off for owners retention thus confirming a clean bill of health.
